The Most Honest Person in the World Award goes to......

Wow. Yesterday was quite a day. Ok, here we go:

Last day of semester tests were yesterday, thank God. Three more days of school left, and Friday I graduate. Oh, and no school Monday. Yay me.

I am in a small group for a project in American History, and took up the responsibility of putting our paper together and the poster board. This was all due yesterday, especially for our group because we are all seniors except for one, and our grades are due at 8am Monday morning. We had to have this ready.

I had no printer paper whatsoever to print out my groups paper and bring it to school, and nothing to save it on. S'ok, I had a plan. I would sent the files to my alternate email that I can check at school and open it there, then print. Smart? No. I saved the paper in Microsoft Works. Every computer in our school uses Word, and I couldn't open it when I got there. Good job me. And I didn't have my poster board done at all. I am surprised my group doesn't hate me. But thankfully our teacher said she wouldn't let it hurt our grade. We can just do our presentation Tuesday and she'll change our grade. It was a hectic day. I also forgot my notebook which had work I had to turn in too.

But the rest of the day was good. When I got home, I opened the door and this sooo cute little doggy came up to me and was all "HI! I'm your new doggy! I am so sweet and behaved. Pet me, hug me, love me."

Mom's boyfriend knows someone who found this cute little girl doggy that someone had abandoned but he cant keep it so mom said we will keep her. She is the sweetest dog ever. She NEVER barks, she sits in you lap all the time, doesn't lick all over your face, and has big brown eyes. I love her. :) She slept in my bed with me last night and was very cuddly. We are going to change her name though because they were calling her Shy, and I don't like that. I have several names in mind. Remy, Pickles, Velcro, Tropicana, Fizz, and a few others. But so far I think I like Remy. Now I have a companion to walk with. I've been wanting to start walking for exercise but don't like walking by myself, so now I can bring her with me and walk everyday. I will get pictures soon.

So I got the dog a collar, leash, and harness. When I was at Wal-Mart getting these things I found Carrie and Amber, pretty good friends of mine. They were just out walking so I said "I'll walk with you, and we'll take my new dog!" We were out all day and night. I had fun. We went to the town square which is just down the road from me most of the time and talked to people who were going to the movies.

Then the third big event of yesterday happened. We found a big wallet just laying there in a chair in front of the movies. When I picked it up and opened it it had the persons drivers license and credit cards and $103 in cash! The strangest part: I knew the person. It was my friend Josh's uncle's wallet. I've met him a few times. He's a cool guy. So I took it home with me and called Josh to tell him I had it and he came and got it for him at Like 12 at night. Wow. I am a good Samaritan. :) Too bad he had his I.D. in his wallet. I could have use an extra 103 dollars. I could just imagine losing something like that. I think I would cry. Yeah, I'd cry. I'm sure he was freaking out when he lost it.

Conclusion: If it wasn't for our new dog, I would have never went out of the house and found his wallet, and he probably would have never seen it again. It's all because of the doggy.

Well, that was my big day. I wish every day was like that.
