Turkey and the gym

I think I finally found a layout I can stick with for a good while. I really loved my old one but I just got tired of the color scheme and just the way it was laid out and everything. Some day I may make my own, who knows. This will do until then.

I’m proud of myself for going to the gym every day now. I can stay on the walk/glide/step thingy for a whole hour, and this thing is not easy! And in that one hour I burn about 500 calories. How cool is that? I am not as shy as I though I would be to use the weight equipment in front of everyone either. After just one week I can tell I’m getting a little firmer slowly but surely. So yay me.

Of course a good motivation is watching all the buff athletic girls and thinking to myself “Yeah! I want arms like that chick!” haha! I’m not worried about my ass getting smaller or loosing a lot of weight, I just need to tone up and build some muscle. I’m tired of being such a wimp. I’m not strong at all, never have been.

This coming weekend will be great (I hope). I get to see Boyfriend a lot and I get Thanksgiving dinner. Thanksgiving food is my favorite. You can mix everything together and it still tastes great! I always dip my turkey in my mashed potatoes and gravy, and I could eat a whole can of cranberry sauce if given the chance. And mmmmmm… stuuuuuuffing…*drool*
